To help keep your new pet healthy we recommend a series of physical exams, tests, and vaccinations. These can prevent serious disease and even death of your puppy.

6 Week Old Puppy

9 Week Old Puppy
• Physical Exam
• Fecal Exam (if not done at 6 weeks)
• Repeat deworming
• Second parvo/distemper booster
• Heartworm Prevention Sample- Free

12 Week or Older Puppy
• Physical Exam
• Fecal Exam (if not done at 6 or 9 weeks)
• Repeat deworming (if not already done twice)
• Third parvo/distemper booster
• First Bordetella Booster (if pet at risk for kennel cough)
• Rabies Booster
• Heartworm Prevention Sample- Free

15 Week or Older Puppy
• Physical Exam
• Fourth parvo/distemper booster
• Second Bordetella Booster (if pet at risk for kennel cough)
• Picture ID card in the mail in a couple of weeks- Free
• Purchase Heartworm Prevention
6 Month Old Puppy
At 6 months old your puppy is ready to be spayed or neutered. All surgeries are done in the mornings and your puppy must be held off food and water the night before surgery.
First Annual Exam
One year from your puppy’s 12 week visit it will be due it’s First Annual Exam.
At this visit we recommend
Physical Exam
Fecal Exam
Adult parvo/distemper booster
Adult Bordetella Booster (if pet at risk for kennel cough)
Adult Rabies Booster
Heartworm (HW) Test (every other year if prevention current)
Picture ID card in the mail in a couple of weeks- Free
